I would say it's a combination of characters but you may ask Titan Xi. At the bottom of the page you find a couple of products - including a lot of characters - used for the promos. I would say there is a little of the following dialed in: Teen Josie; Margot. And the texture, expecially the eyes may come from Margot.

I would seriously pay for a course on morphing from you, because there is no way I'd have ever thought of combining some of these to get the results that you achieved. Would just love to know the thought processes you go through when coming up with new characters.

I think you'd want an actual character artist to do it. Virtual World has a long history of making great characters.
That's what I was hinting at.
On the Pro Artist stream Jay gets someone else in to explain their workflow and do a demonstration. I was suggestiing that Virtual World would be a good person to have on.
Your character is so very beautiful!! I'm going to try to get as close as possible!! The skin texture is gorgeous!! I'm definitely getting Andrea!!!
