IRAY HD People are suddenly missing

Hello, the new IRAY HD ladies are suddenly missing. The other problem before is that they had no corneas (eyes) If I opended them the path was missing. Are the two problems relates to each other?

    It isn't clear what is happening. Are you getting an error message? Is this a render issue or a viewport issue or both?
