On G81.F, how do you rotate Right Shoulder Bend without the Right hand ever moving? In other words, how do you lock the hand in place, so no matter what happens, NO MATTER WHAT, it NEVER, EVER moves, then you just rotate the Right Shoulder Bend? How do you do that?

If the Daz rig had proper IK like a rig in Maya or Blender, you could easily do what you're looking for. The IK rig in Daz that you can set up will still move slightly even though it shouldn't. It's one of my biggest problems with Daz, especially after taking animation courses in Maya and seeing how incredibly far behind Daz is in terms of rigging. My best suggestion is to get the diffeomorphic tool for Blender as it's better than the Bridge, and use the Rigify rig, make sure the arms are set to IK and you will be able to do what you're trying to do no problemo.
Though I have to add that if the hand is locked you couldn't generally expect to be able to rotate the shoulder without moving the body in some way, due to the limits of anatomy.
I don't know what the OP's situation is, but say, for example, you have a hand on a desk or table, you should be able to move the upper body, including rotating the shoulder, without the hand going anywhere. You can't do that with the daz rig, the hand will slide around.
I actually think active pose pinning is doing a fairly good job in those kinds of situations.
Maybe for still photos, but not in animation at all. Feet and hands slide non-stop. I use Daz every day for work animating and it is the most frustrating thing when you can't get a limb to stay where you want it to, but the client wants X and Y to happen so you have to spend hours upon hours trying to go frame by frame. It's even more frustrating when I'm learning how to animate in a program like Maya where there is proper IK and things that would take me five or six hours of nudging frame by frame in Daz are done with two poses in less than a minute in Maya or in Blender, when I use that for personal projects. Maybe the OP is doing a still render, I don't know, but they're not going to be able to do exactly what they're looking to do.
I agree, animation is a different story.
No, and I wasn't disputing that - but if the pinning was absolute it would limit the moves that could be made, and I think that can easily be forgotten.
The current rig doesn't allow for rapid posing.
In any properly made rig. I can crank out a high quality pose in around 3 minutes, with the hands and feet placed perfectly. With the DAZ rig, it takes at least 5 times as long. 15 minutes to make one high quality pose is TOO long. It shouldn't take longer than 3 minutes in 2022.
Guys, is there a Blender Rig for Genesis 8.1F that has the exact same limits as the Rig in DAZ? Then I just make the pose I want in Blender, then export it to DAZ?
This DAZ rig is completely outdated, yet the daz developers don't realize it and there is no way they'll ever update it. This DAZ rig is like from 2005.
Even Poser, which is outdated software, has a more modern rig than DAZ.
In Poser, I can pin the hand and easily rotate the arm how I want it. In Poser, I can do rapid posing, but Poser is outdated and it doesn't have access to Genesis 8 & 8.1.
I really wih the DAZ developers would update their rig, PLEASE guys, PLEASE. Throw me a bone here my bros, PLEASE.
I'd prefer the pinning to be absolute, then I actually want the movements to be limited within the limit constraints set by the rig. I always leave limits on.
So if the right hand is pinned and never moves, and I rotate the Right Shoulder Bend, my rotation will be limited, but it will be the same as in real life, so that's okay, that's perfect in fact.
Put your right hand on your desk, now rotate your Right Shoulder Bend. You'll notice that there's only so much your arm can rotate. In most modern rigs for 2022, that's how it works. You pin the hand, you rotate the arm within real human limits. Even Poser's rig, of which Poser is severely outdated, has this kind of rig where you can pin the hand, preven it from moving and easily rotate the arm.
