Looking for a certain type of hairstyle

Hello everyone, hope I'm not posting this in the wrong forum, just let me know if I am.

I'm looking for a certain kind of hairstyle that looks as close as possible to this kind:

 

Would anyone be able to help me find this kind of hairstyle? I've tried looking around but I'm not having much luck unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated!
