Sorry but I did not found my questions answerd
In a Video of "Dreamlight" about IRay-rendering I saw there are translation tools at the object like Hexagon has. At this tools there are measure numbers (translate in cm or m and rotate in °).
Where can I activet this tools? Or where can I get this tools?

Look at the Parameters pane - Window>Panes(Tabs)>Paramaters. The numeric controls you describe are, I think, under Transforms.
I found it. It is in the tool section. Every tool have the number information at the arrows. If you select a tool the arrows are on the display, and if you use an arrow the numbers are showing. The only down part is that the numbers are not staying or refering to the center or the zero pose.
