G8.1F character morphs

I've noticed that several of my G8.1F characters have only the body loaded.  The most recent is Jinx Jones.  Body loads but not the head.  I've tried it with loaded G8.1F first then the character and just the character.  I've been very careful to make sure it is not G8F that is loaded.

I have no idea what is causing this as there are no error messages.  Any suggestions?  I'm using DS 4.20

    The error messages can be found on the log (Help->Troubleshooting->View Log File)

    There are no error messages in the log file.  Last line is "Finished asset load....." and all the info from Jinx.

    You mean the figure is actually headless, or the head is not shaped?
