Camera Focal Length Defaulting to Limited After Switching to 4.20

Hey y'all, got a quick but annoying question. When I was using 4.16 I made a scene subset of a camera with a bunch of fill lights and rim light attached to it so that I could bring an entire light rig into a scene with one click. But, when I went to go bring it in to 4.20, the Focal Length and Frame Width both have their limits on by default. This is super frustrating because the default limits for Focal Length are 8 to friggin 5,000 and I can't make small adjustments to the frame width without going in and changing the limits to off every single time. Even the faintest mouse movement will take the Focal Length from 65 to 280 or somewhere thereabouts.

I tried setting them both to off by default and resaving the Scene Subset, but that didn't work. Is there some setting in the program where I can turn the Limits of the Focal Length and Frame Width off by default? It also affects even the basic cameras I bring in, so I know it has to be a setting there somewhere.
