Hi,

I am trying to be productive when it comes to ghost lights. So far, I have created them with primitives, but I feel it can be more effective.

Are you using a primitive to create ghost lights, or do you prefer using a product from the market?

If you are using a product from the market, can you please add a link to it and share any thoughts regarding this product?

Thanks,

  • I Use primatives. I create a camera at the center and parent it to the primative (Usualy a plane) to it. That way I can use the camera to postion the light as you would using light viev for a spot. I also like to use HDR's of actual soft lights and such UV maped to the primattive to  give the ligt a realistic emission.

Thanks for the answer. I didn't understand the part of the HDR and UV mapped. Can you please explain or show an example? I would like to achieve realistic emissions.

If there is a tutorial, it would be great if you could share it.
