There's a plus sign on the navigation at top right of the viewport to focus on an object.
But if i clicked an object and if it's inside a building, it zoom out to outside of the building.
How to focus but zoom in?

Is the object seelcted, and a separate node from the building? You can always use the target icon instead (Aim) which will leave the camera where it is. If your target is far from the origin then there is a bug, the further the camera is from pointing back at the origin the more distnat from the target it will be.
Yes
I did, sometimes it works, often times it went outside the building, although the focus was still at the target, I had to scroll in to zoom in quite a long way.
What do you mean? If it flies to focus, the camera will move.
You mean from the center of the world?
Yep.
Here's an example how far the camera zoom out: from the figure/character:

The distance could varies.
Framing an object in Daz Studio has been a sore point with me for years. Like @ekajuan_9f765a669b, sometimes the selcted object is framed as expected. If the object to be framed is in a complex viewport - perhaps, with a room, building, set or scene - framing may take me farther away from the object. The camera is pointed towrds the object but may be outside of the room or buidling or farther away from the scene even if I was initailly in the room or building with the object to be framed. I've learned to put up with it. I think there are several variables that Daz Studio tries to reconcile in the framing process and due to the complexity of the scene and/or the layout of the items in the scene a Frame attempt results in an Aim with the camera farther away.
Thanks to Richard's feedback, though, I did learn that using the right mouse button on the View Tool aims the camera in the direction of the selected object.
Hemm, yea, that will help a bit. Thanks for the tip.
If you're using the surface tool, you'll go into orbit when focusing on it. So also make sure you're using the universal tool.
I have a bit of solution.
Add null. Parent it to the character.
Move the null around the head.
next time we want to go close to the chracter. focus to that null.
With this I'm always able to get close to the character.
Better solution than right click the focus icon.
