UV solution for G8.1F without gens textures similar to G8F?

Was probably already posted somewhere but I cannot find anything unfortunately.

So is there a similar solution to apply the torso texture to character without dedicated texture for the anatomical elements by changing the UV map used?

There've been a couple of such solutions for G8F (like skin builder or free UVs) but all those won't work when I try to copy over surfaces from a G8.1F.

And yes there are a couple of 3rd party AEs (which I all have) but I would like to be able to use the default ones from DAZ in this case.

    I just went through this process. I believe what worked was to apply the Uber 8.1 Skin Shader to the 8.0 Anatomical Elements, then use the 8.1 Body surfaces copied to the Anatomical Elements (which now have identical settings) then use the standard UV Gen setting I use in standard 8.0. The Uber 8.1 Skin Shader is provided somewhere in the Surface Presets.

    Hmm, the G8.1F I'm working with uses the PBR shader. Does this then still work? And where to find the Uber 8.1 Skin Shader?

    Did not find it with the essential 8 product.

    Update:
    Well this workaround did the trick:
    1) I applied a gens texture from a different G8.1F which came with gens textures (that probably copied over the shader settings)
    2) I then copied the body texture over to the gens
    3) Finally I changed UV settings an the gens
    Worked like a charm
