Saving Pose - two pose controls in selection dialog ?

Saving a pose -> Only values of "Pose Controls" -> Those appear twice in the selection dialog.

It seems, selecting only the lower ones and not the ones in the hirarchy work ok (pose controls get saved). If e.g. the lower ones got selected, the upper ones remain unselected (selection is not linked between the two).

Out of curiosity I like to know why they are doubled and what is different between them (if there is any)?

As far as I know these, and some others, are cloned - I'm not sure why the bone version does not select the root but the root does select the bone.

The lower ones are the real pose dials, the upper ones are Aliases, ie. if you select the figure head, the pose controls you see in Parameters/Posing tab are Aliases (clones) which call the real ones that can be seen when the base figure has been selected.
