Accessing the Studio Library located on another hard drive

I just purchased a brand new computer. This computer comes with a 1TB HHD. I loaded my software into it, including Daz Studio through which I create characters that I sell. Unfortunately there is no room on the drive for my Studio Library, which is nearly 1-1/2TB in size. I put the HD from my old computer into the single expansion bay of my new computer, hoping to link Studio to it.

I did a search, through Studio, for the library, and it was located. I'm sorry to say this, but I am NOT a technological whiz, and unfortunately Studio, to the best of my knowledge, does not have an easy "link the program to the library" feature. Maybe it does but for someone who relies on laymen's English I can't "translate" the technical mumbo-jumbo.

The bottom line is this: How do you get Daz Studio 4.20 to connect completely to a Daz Studio Library which happens to be located on another hard drive? And if someone does respond, please say it in English.

Thanks

    1. Right-click on Daz Studio Formats ib the Content Library pane
    2. Add Base Directory
    3. Select the content directory you want - the folder that holds the Runtkme and Data folder

If you have Poser content too right-click Poser Formats>Add Runtime Directory and again select the folder that holds the Runtime
