texture atlas & genesis 3 female

Does Texture atlas worked with genesis 3 female?

When I use it to create a single texture the uv are messed up ( the face texture map is across the torso).

Is the due to the new uv mapping and if so will texture atlas be updated?

I was able to fix the UV mapping within daz by setting offsets for the jacked up zones. however this didn't work once I exported via FBX regardless of whether the collapse UV option was flagged.
