Morphs not loading

Morphs not loading. They just aren't.  I tried rebooting, reinstalling Daz Studio.  Please help.

    Are you making this character yourself? If so what process did you use to load the morph? 

    If not what's the character called? 

    Are you working with the op?

    Sorry, I have no affiliation with the OP, this was meant as a reply to the original request - since absolutely no information was included to allow anyone to help them I posted a link to the TV character "Morph".
