Fairytale Props and Steampunk Pumpkin Carriage will be added to qualifying accounts on Oct. 1, 2022.

    We will ask, though I would expect the October the 1st date.

    I suspect your right about it being the Oct 1 date but thought maybe I should ask to be sure

    The conflicting statement that both wiil be added Oct 1 is in the fine print at the bottom of the promo page

    This problem is discussed (with screenshot) in the sales errors theread, but the mods don't seem to be watching that thread today.

    I actually ended up getting all six items. I didn't set out to originally but I really liked everything that was released and the two freebies looked neat so it worked out. I'm glad I came across this thread as I was wondering where the pumpking carriage was. Guess I'll check my DIM on Monday, and if it's not there, I'll just wait till the 1st before contacting support.

    Has anyone else NOT had this added to their account yet who purchased all of the qualifying items? It hasn't been added to my product library yet.

    I put in a ticket Thursday to find out what was happening since the sales page was still saying the pumpkin was available immediately which it obviously wasn't, and that night they added it and the props to my account. So put in a ticket if you don't have it by Monday.

    Looks like the carriage got added to my account overnight, so I'm good. I've been doing some Halloween renders and really wanted to see what this looked like. Off to go download it now.

    Good! Glad it got to you. I actually was really happy with the carriage and the props.
