Purchases missing parts?

How do I go about contacting someone about a specific item that I purchased missing parts?

I've purchased High Fantasy Poses for Genesis 3 Female and Genesis 8 Female but it only shows the poses for Genesis 8 when the title says both 3 & 8.

    Don't link to your product library, it only works for those who also own the product.  Link to the product page instead.

    Are the poses not here?
