clothing converter G8 to G3

Some time ago I purchase RiverSoft's Clothing Converter from Genesis 8 Male to Genesis 3 Male.  I used it successfully to conver several pieces of G8m clothing to fit G3m.  The other day I purchased the Hellfire outfit for G8 and tries to convert it. It says it has worked, but no converted files show up in the target directory.  I actually tried this on two different computers.  I observe that that product is no longer showing up in the store.  Has something happened to make it unworkable?

    I take it back.  It shows up in the store if I search the right way, it just doesn't seem to show up when I search for RiverSoft Art products.
