getting a blank space at top of frame with camera cutoff

the arrow points to the area, this is a plane with sky image on it, the plane is above the frame no matter how high I raise it thise blank area is still there

if anyone has any idea how to prevent this from happening please let me know, thanks

it is a custom frame here are the settings

So this is a preview in the Viewport or an actual render? In the former case I'd say it was just that your Viewport was a bit taller inm proportion to its width than the Render Settings - enable the Aspect Frame in the Viewport option menu to comfirm that (or disprove).

I tried other combinations but didnt work, based on the render settings screen shot I sent can you give me the cordinates to try

I would just enable the Aspect Frame, but in the presets for proportions at the top of Render Settings Active Viewport is one choice.
