DAZ's Universal tool & Rotation tool's orientation

In ZBrush there is an option to straighten out the orientation of its Gizmo tool so the movement arrows point in the correct (horizontal/Vertical) xyz axis’. Is there a way to do this with DAZ’s Universal tool and the Rotation tool?
Why: I imported a blender matchbox and its insert. They came in at weird angles instead of lying flat on the floor. I had to adjust the matchboxes multiple times to get them to lie flat. Problem is, the Universal tool is offset so I can’t use it to pull the matchbox’s insert in and out in the proper direction. But if there was a way to reorient the Universal and Rotation tools - it would work perfectly.
Please help

The Tool Settings pane has several coordiante choices for the tools (World, Screen, Local, etc.)
Thanks for replying. I opened the Tool settings and started changing values, clicked buttons, and even tried the “Use objects coordinates” for the Universal tool but nothing happened. The Universal Tool didn’t change its orientation and neither did the matchbox. Which settings will change the Universal tools orientation?
Look at these screenshots. In each one I changed the Universal tool coordinate system in the Tool Settings. You can see the red, green and blue axes of the gizmo change orientation based on the coordinate system selected. If you don't see that, perhaps you have done something wrong. Did you have your object selected in the scene?
I addressed your specific question about changing the Universal tool orientation, but perhaps your question should be about why the Blender object was imported at strange angles and how to prevent/fix that. I don't think I can help with that. The Universal tool could be set several different ways be each user, so if you are trying to create something that you can distribute, relying on a particular tool setting is not a good idea. If you are just doing it for your own one time use, then you can get by with setting the tool to work as you need it for that scene.
Thank you - the Use screen Coordinates worked perfectly.
Great!
