How do you get rid of individual Scripts and Favorites posted in the menu?

    Window -> Workspace ->Customise (F3)

    Then expand the "Custom" section which should be at the top on the left, locate the item, right click, "Delete custom action"

    Or find them under Main menus/Scripts (or favourites) in the Menus tab on the right and delete via right-click there - the other post will completelty remove the action, the Menus tab will remove it from the menu but leave it available if you want to add it back elsewhere or later.
