Hi all, has anyone else purchased this model and if so, are either of the scene files working for you? Neither work for me but before I report it, just wanted to check in the forums.

I don't have this one but in-case no-one else that reads the forums has it yet you can always try re-installing the product just incase something went a little bit wrong the first time. Also, check the log to see if that is throwing any hints as to what may be going wrong.
I also don't have the item, but from the promo and the file list I don't expect a SCENE to come with the product, but two subsets (with no cameras/lighting/rendersettings/whatever) with the complete UFO in the first and the street, fence and mailbox in the second.
@Cerrag I have the Invasion UFO product and just loaded it into Daz Studio 4.12 Pro.
The product has 10 items that appear in DS. 9 of them are "Props", and the other one is an "Actor" element called: Invasion UFO Complete.duf
I loaded the actor element and have it on Texture Shaded in the Viewport. Here is what appears (check out the Scene tab for an item breakdown):
I am pretty sure there are no "scenes" - only the elements to create a scene. I could be wrong, but that was my impression all along and the PA had a forum thread here while creating it.
I just rendered a scene with the UFO last night - then inserted into an A.I. generated background (MidJourney). I love the texture of the UFO and the model features some very cool morphs.
NAZCA Visitor - A.I. and 3D collaboration Erik Pedersen
@Gogger Fantastic looking UFO image! I really like the lighting and the sepia-tone look to the image! Are you using the MidJourney free or a paid plan and how do you like it (i.e. ease-of-use and value for the money)?
I started using MidJourney just before it became 'cool'. I had been using Disco Diffusion a bit prior so was used to the promptology. I blew through my trial that first evening and bought into the $10 a month plan, then in very short order bumped up to the $30 plan and for me it is VERY worth it! But then, I have a website (DeskToppers - in my sig file below) where I publish about 25 - 40 images PER MONTH (free, no gimmicks, just me exercising my creativity as a web designer, photographer, 3D Renderer, A.I. and graphics artist). Midjourney is GREAT for creating stand alone art, or images for use with 3D, textures for post-processing photography, what have you. (I've let other A.I. services go as MidJourney suits all my needs). Take this UFO image for instance - I was just happily creating various things in MidJourney and the Nazca lines came to mind, first brought to my attention as a kid in the movie Chariots of The Gods. Once I started getting images like this, I was searching DAZ for UFOs and while I tried another great UFO model, this one just fit better. I love having a library of 3D models to call upon for image hybrids like this.
I want to emphasize, scene, or no scene incuded, this UFO model is well worth the price and a great value! And it was just the touch I needed to finish my scene the way I wanted it.
@Gogger Great feedback on both MidJourney and the Invasion UFO product... thanks!
Thanks so much for all the feedback and glad to know now. It's a great product and having fun playing with it!
@Cerrag Great 1st render with the Invasion UFO, and the light from the scanning/levitation beam reflected on the mailbox and fence posts makes the illusion feel real!
