Symmetry not working properly

I have a figure with right and left side chains.  When I use the symmetry to mirror right to left, it works fine. When I try to mirror left to right, nothing happens.  I've had this happen one time before on another figure. Any ideas on why this happens?  Right side segments are like this rHseg01 and so on, left side are lHseg01 and so on.  The attached symmetry settings are what I use all the time and it works fine (ignore the right to left in this image, it's usually left to right, I've tried it both ways and it only works right to left)
