I have to give Daz Studio marketing department a bravo. They have had me hooked for about two years now. Just today, I had the day off and I was thinking of working with Daz Studio for fun. I knew Victoria 9 was close to coming out so I headed over to the store. Now Available! Fantastic! I couldn't click through my shopping cart fast enough. Wait a minute, no downloads. Back to the front page, I see I made an error. Pre-order is now available. I'm just an idiot, and Daz Studio has my number, lol. Well, I guess I'm on the pre-order list now. Not a bad thing, just had my hopes up. I should be happy I have the day off I guess.

Yes it's only preorder for now. Though G9 is supposed to arrive "mid-october" so it shouldn't be to long now (maybe next week?)
