Genesis Supersuit Texture Placement

Hi, I have the genesis supersuit textures:

Supersuit Arms
Supersuit BackHead
Supersuit Feet
Supersuit Legs
Supersuit Torso Front

and am trying to make some kids halloween outfits. But I can't figure out where to put each jpg texture in the surface section.

I assume I put the arms in each arm placement 1,2,3 and 4? Same with the feet and legs? Correct?

Where I get messed up is the Supersuit BackHead, I have no clue where to put that.

Any advice is welcome.
