Pose control - sub-component limits issue

Briefly, I have created a pose preset for G8F.  The preset exceed limits prompt comes up, I select turn limits off and the pose preset works as desired.  No problem. I have added this preset as a dial under Pose Controls -> Head -> Expressions as Richard discussed in the below link.  Thanks for the great how-to, Richard.

The problem is that there are limits on the sub-components which are preventing the expression dial from working as desired.  Please note that this is an issue when using the pose control dial.  The preset works fine from the content library because there is a prompt to turn off limits.

Is there an easy and safe way to manipulate the limits on sub-components from a pose control dial?
