Pre-ordered the Victoria 9 Intro Bundle and It's Not Showing Up

As the title says, I pre-ordered the Victoria 9 intro bundle and it's not showing up in my Daz Install Manager or anywhere else, though it is in my product catalog on the site.  Anyone have any ideas why?

    Apparently they released her first to those who bought her in the last few days, and of course to people buying today, Those of us who ordered when the pre-sale was launched are still waiting for she to show up in Daz Central.

    I pre-ordered Victoria 9 and it was supposed to come with Voss hair.....thats not happend.

    Nothing. No Vicki 9 .. no bundle items .. no freebies .. nothing.

    Could have not pre-ordered .. spent a little extra $$ now and could be playing around with it already ..

    I didn't pay attention to the free bikini promo for pre ordering victoria9, and bought it today.... to play with Genesis 9 female. I wonder if I'll get a refund now crying

    Same.  And no morph packs for Genesis 9 yet, either.  Disappointing.
