Preordered V9 - Not credited with some of the perks for the preorder like Voss Hair or Bikini

I preordered V9 Pro Bundle and some of the items under additional new content were supposed to be part of the pre-order deal and are not showing up as purchased.

Also most of the V9 Pro Bundle (Intro bundle) are not showing up in DIM.
