No Victoria 9 for those who pre ordered?

I did a pre order for Vic 9 and was excited to see the release today, but although the pre order is listed on my Daz products page, the items aren't appearing for download on Daz Central or DIM. Neither are the individual items listed as purchased on the various catalogue pages. Any idea when we might actually get the stuff we've bought?

    Same question here. Just checked my Product Library but nothing in there. Just the G9 Starter Essentials. Hmmm!

    Same, I preordered the Victoria 9 bundle and this is in Purchased status in the store but DAZ Central doesn't show. And the preorder bonuses are missing too, they are purcheable...

    You are not alone, and i think it's clear at this point that nobody can download anything that Pre-ordered the Pro Bundle.

    Manually trying to download also doesn't work. They made be having server problems. Perhaps too many people on at once.

    I got an error while downloading the first part of the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials, so it's probable that there is too many simultaneous accesses.

    Glad I found this post.

    Same issue here. I got the Vic9 Presale/ Intro Bundle.

    Shows as purchased but all Vic9 singular items show the Add Cart button instead of purchase -- so this looks like a product SKU issue ?

    Moved to the Commons as it is not a daz Studio issue, closed as it is already discussed in the main Genesis 9/Victoria 9 thread.

    This is a known issue and is being worked on - there is no need to open a ticket unless Daz reports it fixed and you are still missing downloads (assuming that that didn't seem to be a general issue too).
