Victoria 9 bundle items are a no-show...

[Victoria 9 bundle items are a no-show] in DIM and DC.  Would be nice for DAZ to rectify this earlier than later.

    Go file a sales ticket. I had the same problem and they fixed it within the hour.

    I bought the preorder and it has totally disappeared from my Product Library

    It would be nice to know if Daz was working to resolve this or if we all need to put in support tickets and bog that system down.

    I did also and I believe that my 'Presale Bundle' has been renamed https://www.daz3d.com/victoria-9-hd-intro-bundle now.

    I had printed and saved the product pages and used them when I sent my report to Daz Customer Service yesterday. Other than the free items, I now have everything that is included. Slowly downloading into all of my computers.

    Yes it wasa renamed yesterday and was in my Product Library and showed Purchased on the store product page but none of the items in the bundle were showing up in my Product Library and then late last night or very early this morning I discovered that the Bundle was no longer in my Product Library and doesn't show as purchased in the store

    Please don't open a ticket yet, Daz is aware of the issue and still working through adding items. If the issue iss aid to be resolved and you still lack items, then it will be time for a ticket.

    Closing this as it is already discussed in the main Genesis 9 thread at the top of this forum and elsewhere.
