Are G9 Nips broken?

Not sure if I am missing something but this is what it looks like when I dial up the Nipples FeMinine HD up

 

Is anybody else getting this result?

    You need to turn the subdivisions up - presumably this is a viewport render, so turn up the 'View SubD Level'.
