Voss Hair and Bikini Update - Should we start opening tickets with customer service yet?

I see people saying they got the items after going through the customer service ticket process. I haven't seen an update since yesterday about whether (or not) this is addressed en-masse yet.
Please tell me the devs aren't going to start their weekend without fixing this bug first.
I know you're going to close this thread, but when you do, please point to the thread with your most recent answer - where we can follow the thread for official updates on this issue.

This is already discussed in other threads, please don't start a ne thread.
Daz is aware that not everyone has the products yet, and is still looking into the reasons. If you are willing to wait a bit longer before opening a ticket that would probably be best, but people haev had the issue resolved fro them via ticket.
