Dials for P3Designs "Get Real Expressions" not available

I've just purchased and installed P3Designs Get Real Expressions for G8 and it's supposed to have dials for each expression along with the "1-click" poses.  After installing it twice through both IM and manual install, I only have the "1-click" poses but no dials.

Every other expression pack I've bought has had their dials show up on G8 autoatically with no problem.  Any suggestions?
