How to make Texture for Geo-Grafted part for Genesis 3?

I did the Geo-Grafting before with Genesis 2 Female (http://fav.me/d82rgbn).  I've no problem with the simple texture because I can paint it manually.  With Genesis 3, there are 3 maps I need to do, the diffuse map, the specular map, the bump map.  I want to know how to make such maps so that they aligned poperly with the existing Genesis 3 maps.  As the result, there is no visible seam between the Genesis 3 body and the Geo-Grafted part.

I suspect this is usually done with soem kind of 3D Painting tool - Mudbox, Mari, 3D Coat, ZBrush, even Blender.

Thanks for the reply.  I'm using Blender.  That's how I get the Geo-Grafted part's diffuse map painted previously.  I did the diffuse map by painting it manually.  It looks OK in DAZ Studio's working environment, but it is not OK when I rendered it in DAZ Studio, I guess it is the issue with the specular map and the bump map.  I don't know how I can make the specular map and the bump map that can join to the corresponding Genesis 3 Female maps.

I've not used Blender (or most of the other applications I listed) so I don't know how or if you can paint to multiple channels (bump, diffuse etc.) in one operation.
