Is Previous Kindred Arts Iray Ghost Light Prop Kit Up to Date?

Love Kindred Arts Products!  Yay.  One of the relatively recent NVidia updates or Daz updates or both reduced the effectiveness of legacy ghost lights in Daz Studio.  Fortunately, Kindred Arts is on top of it and making ghost lights available for the current state of Iray rendering.  Prime example being the new release. But what about the rest of the products in the KA vendor store?

Specifically, Kindred Arts's store is currently on sale and there is a product called Iray Ghost Light Prop Kit, SKU 86954.

There is a thread in the Commons, not sure where, but they will work, but you have to add an insane number of zeros to one of the fields. I don't have DS open right now, so can't give you the exact one. But they will work. Just an extra step.

The new packages have some extra things he has learned and added to them since the packages came out. I have them and love the new products but have the old as well.

The product you linked to is the updated version for DS4.20+ so should be perfect for current Iray rendering.

Kindred Arts removed the older products (SKU in the 30000-50000 range) from the store when they stopped working for the latest Daz Studio versions, the ones with SKU 86000+ are for the more recent versions of Iray.

I used the Iray light probe kit in 4.21 with no problems. Its not in his store anymore. The intensity isn't as strong, but still works.
