IM will not let ready to download tab open

IM will not let ready to download tab open 

central shows city hall was installed but wasnt showing up in content library so i just uninstalled but IM will not let ready to download tab open up so I cannot reinstall it

 

when I opened IM it asks me to update something or work offline, i just closed the window thinking this is how my cms connection got messed up on other machine

it does have zero as number, maybe that means IM doesnt think there is anyhting to install but if uninstalled one thing I would have thought that ready to download would have had at least one for the number next to it

Only the current versions of DIM and Daz central can connect, and so show anything that needs downloading. If you don't update DIM will be limited to the Ready To Install and Installed tabs, both of which show local files. As I recall ctrl-click the refresh button in DIM to fgget it to try to connect and do the version check again.

In addition to what Richard said:

If you uninstall something but don't delete the install package, it will appear in Ready to Install, not Ready to Download. (because it was previously downloaded and you didn't delete it)

i did just uninstall only

 

I was afraid to hit update thinking that i may lose a cms connection on this computer as I did with the other one,but i did update and it worked oin this machine, the other still products will not show up

i hit update and found city hall to reinstall
