Anatomical Elements Materials for "Base "skins"

ok while we do get gens for all the genesis characters and you can get skin mats for genesis from "sold characters" the 'genesis base skins or the gens themselfs never come with a "base mat" for me it was aways a big issue from daz, they selling the "gens" without any mats, currently gen 8.1 and gen9 have multiple skin types in the base figure but no "gen skin" to match the skins making then useless unless you use the "genesis skin tool from zev0, to generate a "skin mat" for the gen base.

 

then why the "gen" product don't come with a "mat skin" to match the base skins????.
