Reinstall issue: warning can't establish valid PostGreSQL CMS Connection
My drama with replacing a failing hard drive continues. My content was cloned to a new drive which is labeled E instead of D. With forum help I was able to point DIM to the new drive (thank you). Did not have to reinstall all of content, which after a couple decades has gotten quite large. Was having some trouble with the Studio program so I uninstalled and reinstalled and then used the content pane to redirect Studio to correct folders. So far so good.
However, when starting Studio, I get a warning which states that a valid PostGreSQL CMS Connecton cannot be established and that I should check my anti-virus software, etc. So, I temporarily disabled that stuff and I still get the warning. Am I supposed to re-run a function? Point Studio to yet another database? ???
EDIT: Studio 4.21 on Windows 10.

Ironically, I went through the exact same problem two days ago.
I still cant get Measure Matrix to work even though I re-installed it twice!
entered the serial number, and restarted Daz studio?
