Twizted Eyes MR for G9 - PSD Missing

The "Twizted Eyes MR for Genesis 9" released today seems to be missing the PSD Merchant Resource that's listed as being included. I searched everywhere it might logically have been installed to, then downloaded the Zip file again to see what's in it, and there's no sign of any PSD file.

Just wondering if anyone else has bought this and reported the missing PSD?
Ticket has been open for 3 days with no response. I know people have complained about slow support for a while now, but I assume every day that passes, more customers must be buying this incomplete product. So I thought they'd want to get it updated quickly. They must have the file submitted by the PA sitting on someone's hard drive.
