I got this email from sales@daz3d.com today...
Thank you for your interest in Daz3D.
In order to complete your subscription, you must go to the following link:
http://link.daz3d.com/q/py6KsYkw6KSesFG0CsYlN1QRqwAQeNIIzbuWMRv-....
There was more to the link but didn't post it.
Like a dummy I clicked the link and it said:
Your subscription has been confirmed
What just happened? Was I just scammed? Was this really Daz?

It's usually easy to spot a spoof link. Just hover over the link in your email (and in most browsers) you will seen the actual link URL at the bottom of your screen.
If the actual link started contained "link.daz3d.com./.........." then it should be the real thing.
But I'm not 100% sure about that. These scammers might have some new tricks up their sleeve.
Can you check your profile information on Daz and see if you're subscription was actually confirmed?
Ahhhh - I think I must have accidently turned on 'Wishlist Notification' "subscription" somehow cause it is checked 'yes' now. Thank you, I had checked Daz + info since I think of that as a sub but not the notifications as subs.
The correct folk to ask are the DAZ 3D Customer Support.
I received two same exact emails from them , saying something about the subscription. Just ignore them , I have checked the link on virus total.com and it should be a legit link. The real link starts with link.daz3d.com/ ... so the domain is the real one.
