Are Shapes Bundles the same as Morph Packs?

I haven't seen any morph packs for Genesis 9 yet. But I have seen the Shapes Bundles. In my past experiences, a shapes bundle allows you to use shapes made by someone else. Morphs allow you to create your own character or body. Has DAZ changed the terminology, or are we just not seeing the morph packages yet?!!

    Body Shapes are the previous full body morphs like stocky, emaciated, thin, voluptuous, etc. They also contain smaller tweaks like breast morphs, glutes, waist, hip, etc.

    I see body parts listed not just full bodies 

    and all shapes are morphs even full characters 

    (not buying yet as bad times)

    Ron: Have you looked at the "What's Included" section of the store page? In G9 Body Shapes there are over 100 morphs for individual parts of the body as well as the full body shapes. And the G9 Head Shapes product has pretty much the same morphs list as the G8 Head Morphs product had.

    Pardon my continued confusion. I recall previous products had morph packs and shapes packs. They were separate products.  Are the shapes now the same as morphs?!

    I don't think so - they just seem to have changed the naming convention for the Daz Original morph packs.

    The original Genesis ("1") set came as a bundle called "Genesis Evolution: Shapes Bundle" which contained the head morphs and the body morphs. I think they are going back to that sort of naming. No idea why, because it is a bit confusing!

    ETA: I expect that PAs will still release "Shape" sets that mean shapes. We just need to scrutinise the product store pages really carefully,

    MelanieL, thanks for helping jog my memory concerning the Genesis Evolution Shape Bundle. I just rejoined DAZ+ again, and bought the shapes bundle. I am stumbling about, trying to do something.

    I have a limited income, and am trying to make the most of a small amount of money. I see that this is a great time to have the DAZ+ benefits for pricing!
