Genesis and Genesis 2 base items no longer available

I had to reinstall Daz Studio completely to try and fix the issue with Genesis 8 accessories showing not compatible with Genesis 8 figures but after reinstalling everything I have now come across Genesis and Genesis 2 now completely empty. How do I obtain Genesis and Genesis 2 again as I own products that are dependant on these?

Genesis Starter Essentials & Genesis 2 Starter Essentials.
Those are the files that are empty
Empty? Those are the products you should install. That's 300-400 MB of all sorts of good stuff. Try re-installing them last, something might be interfering with the Compatibility Bases (it's a metadata thing).
Look in the Content Library folders to see if the assets are indeed installed.
