Purchased items no longer showing up in DIM, also inconsistent on Daz3d.com

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed an issue with DIM. For several days now nothing shows ready to download when I open DIM. In order to down load anything I have to force the download with a SKU from the order page.
Another weirdness is that items that I own are not consistently being flagged and not shown in the shop. I also can't choose "show order" from DIM to go straight to a products order.
I'm having this same issue on multiple compouters and browsers.

That might be an account issue, please open a Sales support ticket (if you haven't).
When V9 finally showed up in DIM, I noticed that the sort order had gone wonky. In my reply to Customer Service I alerted them to it and they let Tech Support know. It is still that way on both Windows and Mac versions of DIM, last I was able to look. The best sort order I found for new purchases is by 'Highest Product ID' or something like that. But have your copy of your sales order handy because some items are held for quite awhile before released, or if you purchased a wishlisted item on sale. You may have to resort by 'A-Z' to find it.
I thought sort order was meant to be fixed.
No poblems here with sort order for new purchases (Order date: Recent first).
I purchased Samedi Voodoo doll (back from RDNA) it was in my library before. Now there is no trace of it in my library or dim.

I have the same issue, opened a tech ticket because of some Json cannot parse for products issue.
