L.I.E Settings

I saw someone mention somewhere that there is a slider that can be moved that will lower the compression on L.I.E, thus speeding up the application. I can't seem to find that slider and of course now I can't find the thread where it's mentioned. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

    Preferences > Interface: at the bottom under Miscellaneous > Layered Textures. I'm assuming the slider means on the left it is maximally compressed, on the right it's faster and bigger in size (which doesn't make a difference to vram, only ram/disk space, in iray as it's recompressed to iray's own format anyway).

    Haha, mine is already set on speed...so my complaining about how long LIE takes is already based on it being set to speed. *cries*
