Does anyone know if the orc teeth, the pointy ones, can be hidden or morphed out?  I think he looks incredible but if I had him, I'd have to pull those teeth lol.

The gums are sculpted into the face, and the teeth are conformers that fit into the gums.  If you didn't load them, their absence would be conspicuous.
