Hi guys,
I'm a new user, and I'm trying to import some poser files into Daz3D 4.8. I believe I've put them in the right folder, as I get the right pngs popping up in my content library, however whenever I try to drag the poser file into the screen I get a blank grey popup that says "select an item from the screen". I have nothing to select from and when I hit accept nothing gets imported. Not really sure why this is happening, or how to fix it. Anyone able to give me any advice, am I missing something mundane?
Thanks guys!

pz2 files are presets (materials, morphs or poses), not objects. Those will be either cr2 (figures), pp2 (props) or hr2 (hair props)
Huh. the folder I have contains .pz2, xmp, and png files, is there something that i am missing then?
Sounds as though you are missing the model to apply the texture presets to. What you are trying to use is only a texture set, you will also need to install the model that it is designed for.
pz2 is a material file, xmp is a poser generated file which can be deleated and png would be the thumbnail. As Chohole said your missing the prop or obj

That is a texture set, in Poser format, for the items listed in required products:
Do you have those sets? Do you have the item of clothing loaded and selected when you apply the textures?
