Winterblack Tower interior no lighting despite loading the full set

None of the interior lights are working. I start with a new scene. Double click WBTower !!Pre Full. It loads just fine. I can see the scene perfectly in Texture shaded mode. On iRay mode, the scene is almost perfectly dark except for a tiny amount of dome lighting sneaking in the windows. Double clicking WBTower !lights 3DL has no apparent effect. I can see the lights listed in the scene tab, but no effect in the scene. When I set render to Scene only, it goes to perfect black. I wonder what I am doing wrong?

You have loaded 3dl lights into an Iray scene. If they are true lights and not Emission settings under surfaces then you need to set Photometric to on in the parameter settings for each one.
FT, thanks for replying. Alas, there is not a single light in the scene. It must all be emission. But, I can't find emission on any of the surfaces. There is an ambient attribute at 100% but none of the candles throw light in the iRay scene.
Fishtales was right: you need Iray shaders if you're rendering in Iray, because 3DL shaders don't emit in Iray.
There are TWO versions of "WBTower !!Pre Full" - make sure you are using the Iray version if you are rendering with Iray. It's at:

Found it! For some reason, the Iray prop versions were not in the Smart Content tab. They are in the ContentLibrary. This is after uninstalling/reinstalling. Much better results.

Glad you found the right preset.
I didn't realise that it was actually missing from Smart Content - maybe I manually added a category to it ages back. Anyway I gave the Content Library idea just in case.
