Greeetings. I'm thinking about buying the Genesis 9 Essential Shapes Bundle. However, I had already bought the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials Expansion a few weeks ago. Is it possible to get a discount for the items I already bought? Thanks.

You would have to open a sales support ticket for that. Select Help in the drop down. Click on View Help under Contact Us on the new page. Make sure you sign in there, upper right "hamburger" icon.
I believe if you put the shapes bundle in your cart it will not charge you for the product you already own.
That promo was available when the bundle was first released but has now ended.
However, one option might be to return the Starter Essentials Expansion and purchase the Essential Shapes bundle
If it isn't already discounting when added to your cart I can sugest only opening a Sales support ticket.
I was waiting for my coupons to refresh this month to get the bundle but now it looks like it's charging me the full price despite already owning the expansion. Not sure why DAZ doesn't do this deduction by default for all bundles instead of double-charging for products we already own.
I'm not sure why but they only do it for occasional sales over short time periods. But as I mentioned above if you purchased the included item in the last 30 days you can return it and purchase the bundle instead.
Great. I'll submit a ticket. Thank you all for your help.
When I bought the bundle, it discounted the cost of the Character Essentials because I already owned them.
That was a "Buy for the Price of Items Not Owned' promo and that promo has now ended.
I ended up buying the bundle after all so that I could take advantage of the 51% off. I haven't heard back from Daz yet, but hopefully I will be able to get some money back.
I submitted a sales ticket and was offered a refund on the starter expansion product if I purchased the bundle. In the future, I think DAZ should not double-charge customers for products they already own by default and not as a limited-time "promo". It has stopped me from purchasing bundles I otherwise would have in the past.
I got partially reimbursed for the product I already owned (thank you Daz). Since I had used one of the Daz+ monthly coupons, I was not reimbused for that, but I understand why, even though I would had want to use that on another product. Oh, well, at least I got something back. Thank you all for the suggestions, I don't think I would had brought the bundle at all if it wasn't for you all. :)
