I took some time away from DAZ Studio & when I went to reinstall all my content stored in their cloud was gone. All my shoes, clothing, dForce hair, morphs - gone. I switched credit cards during this period & I may have overwritten my proper encrypted keyfile storage with a new one accidently. Also proton changed from @protonmailDOTcom to @protonDOTme. Not sure that matters. Either way I've been patiently waiting for a resolution from DAZ for a while now. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I paid a substantial amount of money to help the content creators & all I want is the content they created back. Verified by credit card statements if need be.

Creating a new account with the new email would certainly prevent you from accessing the content on the old account. If you cannot access, and change the email on, the old account then you will have to wait on support - though I would hope you would need to show only that you were the same person, and perhaps show the payment records for one or two orders, to do that.
I believe that if you have 'yourname at proton dot me', you will also receive any mail sent to 'yourname at protonmail dot com'. Certainly if you had an '@protonmail.com' address before they added 'proton.me', you should retain both. Not 100% certain on this, but my recollection was that they let you choose which one will be your primary address, but didn't take away the other.
If you go to your Settings and click the Identity and Addresses item in the Protonmail section, it should show you the addresses that you have available.
This is true. It does forward from .com to .me. My thinking was it may confuse the login process on DAZ's end. I remember now I had a seperate 3d password file. No idea what the password and keefile is or if it's even the software that uses those encrypted codes. Still I have a DAZ user ID number & password in the file I am able to open. It just won't let me log in with that.
