Hey everyone
I really like this outfit Diva's Desire Outfit for Genesis 9 | Daz 3D and I bought it anyway because I pretty sure I will have genesis 9 as well soon
But have any way to put this outfit on Genesis 8 and Genesis 8.1? or it will never work? when I put it on my model is kind of fit ok but when I do cencel or accept its change to other place.
Thanks :)

There will come converteres in the store that can support G9 to G8.
But that isn't much comfort for you now.
I think the problem is that G9 is shorter than G8 and if you just autofit it, it will do it based on the base character.
I would suggest to autofit it on base G8F shape. And from there either dial in your charcter or save it as a G8 asset (with different name, so you aren't overwritting files).
And in order to autofit it to G8 is has to be default in the right position to fit G8F. That could be done by positioning it correctly, then export as OBJ, then reimport and update base geometry, before autofitting.
Another solution would be to handle it as a prop and just parent in to the figure, i.e. not autofitting. That would probably be my preferred method for such items.
You will need a clone of G9 for autofit to G8/G8.1
Here is Catherine3678ab's fast but very good way for doing this.

Once you have your autofit clone made you should be able to fit most G9 clothes to G8.
Shoes will be a problem, and some outfits will autofit better than others.
Using her method you can make clones for autofit for all generations so is very good tutorial.
Thanks to both of you! About doing the clone of genesis 9 it looks hard so I try the prop thing
Even when I put it on my model how can I make it move it with my model? look at the pictures , The necless stay on the air and not move with the model
The problem is that the origin of the necklace is on the floor.
What I would do.
Select the necklace in the scene tab.
Click the scene menu (3 lines upper left) Edit > Rigging > Convert figure to prop
Select joint editor. You should then get a red and a green arrow, representing the necklace prop. Drag them both up so they are around the necklace
Parent the necklace the the characters neck (or nearest bone)
Then it should follow the character when posed.
Thanks it works! I move the neckless to the body model and the ring to the hand model and all work perfect :)
Thanks to both of you guys :P
I tend to work with the theory that if I can do anybody can. Making these clones was not hard. Just follow step by step and it'll happen!
