Zbrush related questions

I don't really know the right wording for this. Sorry if this is hard to read or something.

I would like to create hand morph on this plane. I know I can scrupte a hand on zbrush, but I already have the hand model from genesis 8,it is possible to do this on Zbrush without sculptuing?

    I don't think I understand.

You are mentioning a morph. Are you trying to morph the hands so they come out of the plane?

  • Yes, I want to make it look like the hands are coming out of the plane

    Reply to you.

  • Please use a non-textured view if you are shwoing a nude, textured figure.

Are you wanting to push the plane out into a bulge, or are you wanting to make a hole in it, or are you wanting the hands to seem part of the plane, so it swells up and merges into the wrists?

  • You could, as long as it has enough divisions, do that with a dForm - select the plane, Create>New dForm, position the Field node so it encloses the desired area (this is easiest with the plane not moved), and then expand the base in the Scene pane, seelct the dForm itself (which is parented to the base) and translate it away from the plane). You could use two overlapping dForms if you wanted a dip between the hands; you can change the shape of the bulge by going to the dForm pane and clicking the Edit Spline button.

But are you only interested in the end result, or do you also wan't to use the inbetween states, where the hands are coming out?
